Release downloads

Versioned offline source archives for Linux. Install runtime dependencies using your distribution package manager (APT or DNF), not pip.

Latest release: quick start

Copy these commands to download, verify, extract, and run your first TCP check. Install the required Python distribution packages first (see the first-test guide).

# Verify the archive before extracting

# First check: local SSH TCP port 22
python3 ipsonic-probe.py examples/138-hello-first-tcp-ssh.yaml

The example connects to 127.0.0.1:22. A CRITICAL result is expected when no SSH server listens on that port. This tests TCP reachability, not SSH login.
